Early this summer, Holy Spirit Parish held one week of Our Sunday Visitor’s “Cave Quest” Vacation Bible School (June 13-17). Over 40 adult and teen volunteers led 100 participants entering K-6th grade through stations titled: Cavern Café, Spelunker Sports & Games, Imagination Station, Deep Bible Quest, KidVid Cinema and Sing & Play. The five-day program helped children learn to follow Jesus, the Light of the World, and formed new relationships. Holy Spirit Parish thanks the generosity of parishioners, volunteers, and extended family who spend their time, talent, and treasure to make this week happen. By employing a stewardship model, Holy Spirit Parish is able to offer opportunities such as this at no charge to the parish family. Vacation Bible Camp is one of the many benefactors of Holy Spirit Parishioners regular, generous, Sunday collection.
