Completion of Initiation Billings St Thomas

On May 1, 2016, our parish community celebrated the Sacraments of Confirmation and First Communion of 32 young people with Bishop Warfel. What a joyous celebration it was, with a packed church and a wonderful breakfast afterwards provided by the Knights of Columbus and St. Thomas Men’s Society! Thank you to the teachers who spend countless hours teaching our children the faith of Jesus Christ, and all those who mentor them. Days such as this are true reminders of the presence of the Holy Spirit, and how God helps us to be truly “Alive in Christ.” Please keep the children, parents and Godparents in your prayers, as their journey of faith is only just beginning.
