Chase-Away-Cabin-Fever-Blues Swim Night

Great Falls Council 1493 presented an opportunity to enjoy an evening of socializing, swimming and the challenging WIBIT, a large floating force secured in the middle of the pool. The WIBIT was the highlight of the evening with children, young and some not so young, climbing on, jumping off and navigating the slippery obstacles. The event was held at the Great Falls Natatorium. The Council invited Knights and families from both Great Falls councils as well as students of Our Lady of Lourdes and Holy Spirit schools to join in. Pizza, pop, water and juice was provided for the hungry swimmers and guests. Over one hundred adults, children and guests attended and donated one hundred and sixty pounds of food items to be delivered to Saint Vincent de Paul food bank. The evening was a total success from the mid-winter doldrums!
