After consultation with the Priest Personnel Board, Bishop Michael W. Warfel makes these assignments effective July 1, 2018

Retirements

Reverend Peter Guthneck, Pastor of St. Mary in Rocky Boy, St. Anthony in Box Elder, and St. Margaret Mary in Big Sandy to retire after more than 47 years of priestly ministry in our diocese. Bishop Warfel expresses his deep gratitude to Fr. Guthneck for his many years of service to the people of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings.

Reverend Paul McKane, OSB, Pastor of St. Mark in Belt, Holy Trinity in Centerville, and St. Mary in Raynsford, to retire after more than 29 years of priestly ministry. Bishop Warfel expresses his gratitude to Fr. McKane for his many years of service to the people of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings.

Reverend Wayne Pittard, Pastor of St. Pius X in Billings, to retire after more than 35 years of priestly ministry in our diocese. Bishop Warfel expresses his deep gratitude to Fr. Pittard for his years of service to the people of the Diocese of Great Fall-Billings.

Pastors (6-year terms)

Reverend Leo McDowell, reappointed Pastor of St. Joseph in Big Timber, St. Mary in Livingston, St. Margaret in Clyde Park, and St. William in Gardiner for an additional 6-year term.

Reverend Domenico Pizzonia, reappointed Pastor of St. Rose of Lima in Stanford, St. Cyril in Geyser, Sacred Heart in Hobson, St. Anthony in Denton, and St. Mathias in Moore, for an additional 6-year term.

Reverend Navil Rodrigues, currently Pastor of St. Francis Xavier in Circle and St. John the Baptist in Jordan, and St Francis de Sales in Rickey, now Appointed Pastor of St. Mary in Columbus, St. Michael in Absarokee, and St. Agnes in Red Lodge. Fr. Navil will become an incardinated priest of our diocese on July 1, 2018

Reverend Greg Staudinger currently Pastor of St. Mary in Columbus, St. Michael in Absarokee, and St. Agnes in Red Lodge, now Appointed Pastor of St. Pius X in Billings.

Reverend Joseph Tran, currently Parochial Vicar, now Appointed Pastor of St. Margaret Mary in Big Sandy, St. Anthony in Box Elder, and St. Mary in Rocky Boy. Fr. Tran will become an incardinated priest of our diocese on July 1, 2018.

Reverend Jose Valliparambil, reappointed Pastor of St. Raphael in Glasgow, Holy Family in Glentana, St. Albert in Hinsdale, and Queen of Angels in Nashua for an additional 6-year term.

Reverend Xavier Arimboor, Pastor of St. Peter and St. Philip in Wibaux will become an incardinated priest of our diocese on July 1, 2018.

Administrators

Reverend Callistus Igwenagu, a priest of the Diocese of Awka, Nigeria to be named Administrator of St. Francis Xavier in Circle and St. John the Baptist in Jordan and St. Francis de Sales in Richey.

Reverend Rodrigo Mingollo, a priest of the Diocese of Richmond, Virginia to be named Administrator of St. Mark in Belt, Holy Trinity in Centerville, and St. Mary in Raynsford.
