Rev. Thomas Tobin, Pastor St. John in Baker and St. Joan of Arc in Ekalaka and St. Anthony in Plevna to retire after 56 years of priestly ministry in our diocese. Bishop Warfel expresses his deep gratitude to Father Tobin for his many years of service as he enters into retirement.
