Apostolic Mandate

A Father Steve Zabrocki, a priest of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings asked Bishop Warfel to ordain Bishop Elect Jeffrey M. Fleming as the Coadjutor Bishop of the diocese. Bishop Warfel then asked for an Apostolic Mandate from the priest representative. The Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Christophe Pierre read the Mandate aloud to all in attendance. This is the formal document from Pope Francis appointing Bishop Elect Fleming as the Coadjutor Bishop of Great Falls-Billings. The Mandate was then shown to the entire community.
