On October 15, 2016, the Montana State Board had the honor of presenting the First Place National Education Contest Award in Poetry – Division IV to Jo Ann Harper of Court St. Mary, #645, Livingston, Montana. Jo Ann is the Montana State Treasurer and also, Regent for her local court. To be eligible to compete at the national level, entries must be awarded first place at the local level and then first place at the state level. We in Montana are so very proud of our first place recipient. Great job, Jo Ann!
