Charitable Gifts to the Care and Share Annual Catholic Appeal are tax-deductible.

Monthly Giving Automatically through your checking account (via Electronic Funds Transfer – EFT) to the Catholic Foundation: Some churches also offer this for their parishioners, but every parishioner can accomplish this through the Catholic Foundation for Care and Share.

Secure Online Giving via Credit Card at www.CatholicFoundationMT.org:
May be 1) a one-time donation;
2) installments over the course of one year (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually); or
3) a recurring periodic gift that has no ending date until you notify us. Some parishes offer online giving for their parishioners, as well.

Outright Gift via Cash or Check: May be one-time or more often throughout the Care and Share campaign. Please make your check payable to the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana and note Care and Share in the memo portion.

IRA Rollover: Those who are age 70½ or older with IRAs may make gifts directly from their IRA administrator to the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana for the benefit of Care and Share and not have to pay taxes on the IRA distribution.

The following types of gifts can also be coordinated through the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana:
• Gift of Stock or Mutual Funds: Can create additional tax benefits for you.
• Gift of Livestock or Grain: Provides the ease of giving an asset, rather than cash.
• Gift of Minerals: There are several different avenues to give regarding mineral interests. Wheat Icon
