The Mardi Gras Family Dinner & Dance was a huge success, with food, fun and fellowship for all! The Chili dinner was very good, served along with warm, fresh-baked cornbread and all the fixings. The DJ was hot, playing family friendly, fun dancing music – everything from Uptown Funk and even Polka for the parents to teach their kids and grandkids! Mask-making, a cake dance (like a cake walk) and tons of delicious sweet treats made this the night to bear for the calendar year. Check out the photos to see all the fun and make plans to attend next year. What a great sign of hope to see all of the young people attending and dancing–praise be to God and blessings to all for your observance of the Holy Lent.
