Billings St Pius X Parish Reintroduces Children’s Liturgy of the Word

Sunday, February 21, 2016, found many happy smiles among children at St. Pius X Parish in Billings as Children’s Liturgy, dormant for several years, was reintroduced. Members of the parish Education Commission and Children’s Ministry collaborated for months to develop the ministry, seek and train volunteers and promote among the parish. Children’s Liturgy is an opportunity for children to hear and discuss the Sunday readings at an age-appropriate level! The children (Kindergarten-4th Grade) are dismissed after the Opening Prayer and return to their families at the Preparation of the Gifts.
