By Don Hartman

I made my Cursillo in Miles City in 1976 and was fortunate enough to be able to work a few Cursillos after that time, helping with the music mostly.

Even though I had been involved with the movement I was still making some bad decisions in my life. My wife finally had enough and, with God’s help and a local Counselor, she put together an intervention with my family and a few friends which got me into treatment at Rimrock in Billings. After some counseling with our priest, things were getting better every year.

Then one day, Father Rob called me to invite me to a Saturday morning breakfast men’s group. One of the guys asked me if I would be interested in helping out with the Cum Christo coming up that next June. I couldn’t think of a good reason not to so I said yes. That was four years ago and I’ve been involved ever since.

Do you feel far from Christ? Do you feel separated from God? If so, who moved? God is always available. We just need to reach out to Him. It has been my experience that the Cum Christo was my opportunity to reach out to God for help. My life has sincerely changed for the better since I reestablished my ties with the Cum Christo Movement, and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

If you would like to reconnect your life with God or if you already believe you have a good relationship with Him and want to make it even better, now is your chance.

Our Men’s Cum Christo is June 1-4 and the Women’s Cum Christo is June 8-11, 2017. Come join us and get better acquainted with Christ Your Savior.
