The annual St. Thomas the Apostle parish picnic held on September 11, 2016, was one for the memory books. The food was spectacular, including pulled pork, fried chicken, baked beans, and the best pot-luck salads & deserts around. The only thing greater than the food was the company of friends from our growing parish family. On account of construction at our church, we must give special thanks to the women of the Parish Council of Catholic Women and men of the St. Thomas Men’s Society and the Knights of Columbus who worked extra hard to hold our picnic on the west lawn while the facility undergoes many changes. Thanks to all parishioners for living our mission and for being ‘Alive in Christ.’ May this year be a blessed one in friendship with the Lord and one another.
